Terms and Conditions | Ozark Bin Cleaning

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Ozark Bin Cleaning, you agree to these terms. We provide professional trash bin cleaning and sanitization services in Northwest Arkansas.

2. Service Description

Our service includes curbside trash bin cleaning using high-temperature (200°F) pressurized water and eco-friendly, EPA-registered cleaning solutions. We clean the interior and exterior of your bins and apply a deodorizing treatment.

3. Scheduling and Access

Bins must be placed curbside on your scheduled cleaning day after trash collection. You do not need to be home. If bins are not accessible, we will attempt to notify you and reschedule at no additional charge.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are as listed on our pricing page. Payment is collected at the time of booking. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Weather Policy

Light rain does not affect our service. In cases of severe weather, we will automatically reschedule your cleaning for the next available day at no extra charge.

7. Service Area

We currently serve Northwest Arkansas including Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale, Bella Vista, Centerton, Cave Springs, Lowell, Pea Ridge, Tontitown, Farmington, Prairie Grove, Siloam Springs, Highfill, and Elm Springs.

8. Liability

Ozark Bin Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins. Our cleaning process is safe for standard residential and commercial bins. If damage occurs during our service, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
